    Team Assembly

    We assign vetted architects, engineers, contractors, and an independent inspector to your project.

  3. 03

    Milestone Plan

    Your project is broken into 17 standard milestones — each with cost, supplier, documents, and approvals.

  4. 04

    Construction Begins

    Suppliers update progress, upload photos, and request milestone approvals on the platform.

  5. 05

    Inspection & Reporting

    Independent inspectors visit the site, log defects, capture photo/video, and certify quality.

  6. 06

    Client Approval

    You review the milestone, inspection report, and documents — then approve or request changes.

  7. 07

    Payment Release

    Only after your approval is the milestone payment released to the supplier from your project wallet.

  8. 08

    Handover

    Final inspection, completion certificate, and a full document pack for your records.
